Where is my data?

On your iPhone, and — unless you switch sync off — in your own iCloud. There is no account and no server of ours. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Insights → Doctor-visit report → “Export everything” gives you your logs as a file, free whether or not you subscribe. Settings → Your data → “Delete everything” removes everything from the app immediately, and deleting the app (plus its iCloud data, via iOS Settings) removes the rest. Nothing else exists to delete.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple and cancelled in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops renewal; access runs to the end of the paid period.
